Hertz rental company will now be my go to in car rentals. Debbie from the Ofallon location showed us true compassion and understanding. We were in a tough spot and needed a rental car before our vacation. Debbie was a blessing for us and she took care of us like we were family. Trying to work with another big company was stressful and they expected so much including hidden fees that were ridiculous . But from the moment I called Hertz I received compassion for our situation and no hidden fees. They made the experience so easy and stress free. Everyone at the Hertz in Ofallon, MO location was amazing and way beyond what we ever expected. Our vehicle was in great clean shape and after a 2000 mile drive the car was still in great shape. Me and my family are blessed to have been able to rent from such an amazing caring company with caring employees. We did not feel like customers when we left, we felt like family. Thank you Ofallon Hertz.
I pulled up to drop my car off (just myself and my baby) and had a car load of luggage, and they had Mrs. Barbara drop me off at the FRONT of the airport so I didn't have to pull everything out and take it on and off the shuttle. Very impressed. And Barbara was awesome!
With the gold membership its easy and very convenient, from getting into the parking lot to driving away with rental car could not been easier, less than 7 minutes and I was on my way
After wasting our 7-10 minutes, we brought our business to the competitor. This location sucks!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service!! We reserved a car online, got a phone call from the lady to confirm that we were picking up the car at the specified time, went there to pick up the car as agreed and to our disbelief after standing and waiting for the agent for a good 5 minutes, she didn't acknowledge us and continued with her casual phone call. To make it worse, we were the only customers there.
Gold Key process was nice and simple, although I had to go check in at the counter. (I think because it was my first time there?) I received the same car that I reserved, and it was nice and clean. The shuttle drivers were also very friendly.
