The damage is going to require a complete buffing top to bottom to fix. The scratches aren't deep but they're definitely noticeable in the clear coat. I only noticed after the car was dry and home when I got out and noticed some dried soap that I wiped up.

Best manual wash in west st. Louis. Hot water rinse and wash, great soap ratio and pressure in each stall. Free air fresheners too if there's an attendant on site. ...for those complainging about scratches on their brand new car because they used the brushes... well yeah, thats what happens when you use those brushes on your paint. That should have no reflection on the quality of the car wash.
