Had an emergency issue and Mike fit me in to what was a very busy day. He found the part even though it was an old part not being made any longer. Made sure it was fixed quickly and had me up and running same day. Customer service is a lost art these days but Weiss Electric is a throwback to the way business used to be. Great company and highly recommend.
