I've visited the Sprint Marshall Store in St. Charles on several occasions and the customer is exceptional. In particular Sales Rep Lance Gerst is so knowledgeable and helpful it's amazing. I purchased the IWalk portable charger and referred the product to my coworker. The charger has the capability to charge both Android and IPhone, it's portable compact, and convenient. I highly recommend this product and Sprint location!
No customer service. Two Employs, only one working And the other sitting in the back doing nothing as I sat there for an hour very disappointed.
