I ordered a pizza for delivery on line. The tracker never moved on the website telling me when to pick up the pizza. I called after 20 minutes and was told the pizza was ready. I was about 10 minutes away. Needless to say we did not eat hot pizza. Actually it was not even very warm. On the bright side it was good. Probably would not do that again. No apology by the way.
