The theaters are very big with lots of room. They have the updated reclining seats so you can stay very comfortable while you watch. Each row is a little short but there are no issues seeing the screen at all especially with everyone reclined back. The theater is kept clean and there are student discounts on tickets.
I don't know what the solution would be, but twice in a few weeks, someone was in our seats with their snacks spread out, and they knew they were in the wrong seats. My daughter was very sweet to them even tho they pointed out seats down the same aisle we could use, but even tho they didn't like it she held firm and they haughtily finally got up and moved. The next time, a couple were settled in to our seats, but they did get up and move, because there were six of us attending. I wonder do they understand the concept of RESERVING your seats in advance?
Screens and seats are great. LOVE the recliners. Attached parking garage is a plus. Purchasing tickets and concessions is consistently a poor experience. Everything is self-serve and the kiosks don't always work. Customer service is sub-par.

I enjoyed this theater very much. They have ample outside and free garage parking with easy access to the theater entrance. The 3D screen was a fun experience and the auto reclining seats made it a very comfortable experience.
Venue is nice and clean. Seats are comfortable and reclining, but no heating. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is the little glass pane that runs along the wall in front of the rows... The top of the glass creates a visual "line" across the screen. Unless you're really tall or not reclining, it's going to be a distraction.
