Shop n Save should've stuck with CoinStar, cheap companies always trying to save a buck at the expense of customer satisfaction.
I came in to this store today With a request for a cake for my daughters 3rd birthday last minute. The ladies in the bakery were so kind and helpful and saved the day with an idea for a paw patrol cake. I seriously can't thank them enough! They were so polite and patient with me! Top notch customer service!
Do not use their coin counting machine. I decided it'd be a good idea to make use of all the change in my cars console, now I'm stuck waiting on a fix for this machine.
Management is trash they have free item everyday this week we purchase $80 worth grocery yesterday and got Oreo cookie pack with that and people was walking out with just free pack of Oreo without any purchase and today I went in for free 6 pk coke and manager told me it has to be with purchase ok so what happened yesterday? He is totally races only American can get free item without purchase and Asian has to purchase something with free item. That’s a bad experience in all the shop n save. Manager needs to be fair with every race.............
Kevin is a terrible manager and unqualified for his position. Will always find something wrong with what you are doing.
