Great atmosphere, the patrons and servers are nothing but nice company to be around! Usually live entertainment can be seen here, as well as events and nicely priced drinks!~ Their food is pretty tasty too !
This place has a lot of potential- great menu, lovely ambiance..... but from the moment my coworkers and I entered the door, we were never greeted or told that it’s “sit wherever you want” until I had to ask a waitress and she told me those words as she rolled her eyes at me. I told her that we have a reservation for 15 people and she walked away from me without saying anything.... I waited another 10 minutes standing at the door just to be told that our table wasn’t ready yet and we would have to wait. It was 7:01 and we were told our table would be ready at 7. So we waited another 15 minutes and were finally seated.... our waitress, Lea, was less than thrilled to do her simple task of taking our orders and delivering our food and drinks. One person from our party never received her food and we were told “it was sent to another table”. Anytime we needed anything we had to wave down a server to help us. I don’t recommended this place as their drinks are highly overpriced and not a single employee here made us feel welcome at all.

Our waitress was not the most helpful and nice, so I flagged down another server and asked him to be our server. After that , it was ah-mazing. The veggie wrap made me" oh and ahh" in all the right places. Our server also gave us all waters to take home with extra ice.
Pretty pricey but great service. Definitely a big part of st charles night life. Menu is delicious and they have decent happy hour specials.
