Mike, the roofing crew was back out this morning bright and early. They completed whatever was left to do from yesterday and proceeded to clean up. What a great job of both they did. The new roof looks better than I could have imagined and if it were not for a little bit of shingle dust on the driveway, I would have never known they were even here installing a new roof. Please tell them thank you for a great job and experience. And Thank YOU!, for making this experience go so smoothly and quickly.
Mike was great to work with! I was closing on a new home and needed the roof replaced in less than a week. After insurance approved the new roof, Mike came out on Monday, I picked out my shingles and roof was completely finished by 4pm on Wednesday! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, and super quick turn around! Will defiantly be recommending this company to my friends and family.
We've had 2 roofs installed by CTLG at separate addresses over the last year as well as new gutters on our current home. Mike is super easy to work with and very accommodating. Lauren in the office is very nice and responsive on questions and follow-ups. Their crews do a great job and are quick, thorough, and clean. Can't say enough about this company! Highly recommend as you'll get what you want, without being oversold, and at a great price!
Corey who worked so closely with us and who was such a straight-shooter from the very minute I met him. It's been a few weeks since CTLG put a new roof on my old farm house and we just love it. I've been up on the roof several times looking at the new ridge caps, making sure all the old copper gutters were not bothered, copper lightening rods and wires were re-installed the same, etc., ... really beautiful work. The team who came out to do the work ... what a great bunch of guys. They cleaned up our place to where you never knew any work was performed that day. Most everyone who knows me, knows I am over the top particular about pretty much everything ... and a tab OCD ... and the care and detail that Corey and CTLG showed us met my high standards. I have dealt with other roofing companies and have had bids and experienced such disappointment ... lack of return calls ... half of the folks who I had appointments with just blew me off and never showed up or called. Corey was the total opposite. Thanks for doing 100% of everything you said you would do and with such professionalism .. and pardon my little diatribe here.
