Room was clean and bed comfortable! Nice location ..good breakfast. Will always stay here when I come back!
This property is showing it`s age. There are heating issues ...our room was very cold. Beds are extremely soft...which some may prefer, but not my back. Some smoke detectors were not functioning. I`vs stayed here several times, but it is definitely going downhill.
I really like this chain. No complaints about the hotel. Having said that, the location is questionable; challenging to see from the road and then buried behind some restaurants in the back.
Very pleasant and friendly place to stay. A very helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. The rooms are quite nice and clean. I felt very safe here. Lots of places eat and shop within walking distance of the hotel.
Disgusting...changed rooms 3 times. First room had fried rice on kitchen counters, soap residue on bathroom counters, cutlery stuck together & white splatter all over bathroom cabinets. The 2nd room had a fridge that wouldn’t close & was running full on with a puddle of water underneath and the sheets on the bed had not been changed. Then, the front desk had me personally inspect other rooms to find one suitable. I went through 3 more dirty rooms before settling on one that only required me to wipe the counters clean of sticky residue (the lady at front desk didn’t want to touch the dirty counters or check the sheets as she was disgusted too so I had to do it!!!) We wanted to leave but it was 10:30 at night and we’d already been on the road for 12 hours. Later, we discovered the baseboards were peeling off with mold around the air conditioner & we woke sickly the next day. The cutlery drawer was sealed shut with gunk and there were dead bugs in the closet. Even worse, the manager the next morning seemed unsympathetic and no apology was given. Mortified! Never stay here! I cannot believe it bears the name of Marriott.
The rooms are very well done for a long term stay - much better than their extended stay competitors. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I'd stay much longer if it were necessary.
